Seren Serengil (Born on April 6) is a Turkish singer and actress. She was born in Istanbul, Turkey, and has acted in films and TV series. Her father Öztürk Serengil was a very famous actor, theatre performer and showman.

Seren Serengil made her debut in a movie called Sarhos as a little kid along with her father Öztürk Serengil. In the early 1990s TRT's Başka Olur Ağaların Düğünü Series was a hit and one of her best movies that she acted with Mehmet Aslantug. She also acted in a movie named Alev Gibi Bir Kız along with famous actor Hakan Ural and soon after started her singing career. Seren debut album "Ayrıldık" was released in 1991 and it gained success. Since then she has released three other notable albums and one singel. Her most popular album was "Bu gecenin hatirina" that increased her popularity greatly. Serengil plays classical piano and She has written and composed some of her songs by herself including her 2006 single "Dost Bile Kalamadık" and songs like "Insan Severse Ozler", "Sen Sansiny Kaybetin","Sesiz Telefon". During her music career she worked with famous names such as İbrahim Tatlıses, Emrah and Serdar Ortaç.
Serengil has made hundreds of TV appearances in Turkey as a singer and Talk Show Host. In 2007, She appeared on Show TV's "UçanKuş" show as a host along with Erol Köse and Bekir Hazar. In 1993 she appeared in Music videos for Emrah Ipek songs Haydi Şimdi Gel and Töre. Seren and Emrah also acted in Yasak Sokaklar and Belalım Benim Series together. These clips and movies were hugely successful for both Seren and Emrah.
Seren has Released her last Album "Ben adamı ayrılırken tanırım" on December 2010. She worked with famous names such as Selami Şahin, Serdar Ortaç and Soner Sarıkabadayı for her last album.The first music video from the new album premiered on December 2010 and has become very popular.
in 2007, Seren released a book about her whole life with Title of Nefret. The subject of this attractive book is mostly about Seren childhood life as daughter of one of the most memorable atrists in turkey Öztürk Serengil and her mother Nevin Teoman who has been grown in Turkish media industry.
After two unsuccessful marriages to Ozan Kaçmaz and singer Cengiz İmren Serengil married Musa Aytun in 2006 and soon after she lost her first baby during a difficult delivery. Seren's private life always gets a lot of coverage in the Turkish news media and gossip tabloids. Sadly Seren lost her baby again in 2009 because of the high blood pressure that made big news in the Turkish media. Other famous Turkish celebrities like Seda Sayan, Hulya Avsar, Petek Dinçöz and Alisan sympathized with her. She also suffered a miscarriage between pregnancies. Seren and Musa are now divorced because of the personal problems.
